The WLPA has been campaigning since 1992 to encourage use of, and improvements to, local rail services. The WLPA covers rail services from Waterloo to Windsor via Richmond, Weybridge to Staines, Virginia Water to Reading, the Hounslow Loop and all connecting electric services.

With  South Western Railway in severe financial and contractual problems the rail user needs a voice more than ever. Join us and help improve local rail services. We are happy to post a copy of the Newsletter , for this we ask you to donate the printing and postage costs, currently £4 per annum. Please complete the form below and email or post it.

The WLPA is an independent voluntary organisation. We are only as effective as our membership. Give yourself a voice in the future of your local rail services, join the WLPA today!
